Thanks for visiting our Website. With our very loyal Customer base, All Background Checks has been in Business going on our Fourth Year. I'm Al Sanchez, the Sole Proprietor of ABC. We have had the opportunity to grow consistently, and still focus on the excellent Customer Service, and the accessability to our Customers that is the foundation of our Business. We will not compromise these goals and will continue to treat our Customers as the Individuals they are, and not as an Invoice Number.

Prior to the Startup of All Background Checks, my experience was in Mental Health and Correctional Services working as Community Support Specialist (3years) for our local Community Mental Health Centers Case Management Team working with Persons diagnosed with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness(SPMI), and as a Human Services Worker at the Correctional Halfway House (6 years, with a 1 year tour of duty as a VISTA Volunteer successfully completed) assisting persons after incarceration at Federal, State, and County Correctioanl Facilities in re-integrating back into their Communities while residing at Topeka, Halfway House as a condition of their Parole or Probation.
In 1977 I left Topeka Halfway House and became self employed in my first Business, Sanchez Bail Bond Agency, as an Agent/Owner of a State Licensed Bail Bond Agency in the State of Kansas, homebased in Topeka, Kansas. I was responsible for Office Management, reviewing requests for Bail by persons in Jail or their Families, supervising and support of 10 Licensed Sub-Agents in Northeast Kansas, approving all Bail Bonds to be executed by Sub-Agents after reviewing Bail Bond Applications, and insuring the Federal, State, and Municipal Courts of our Clients' Appearances at all Court Dates until final disposition was reached. I also was responsible in Apprehending Fugitives from Justice in Kansas and other States where persons absconded, and apprehended and arrested Fugitives to return back to the Jurisdiction of the Court, and place them in the County Jail.
After 20 Years I sold the Business and my interest naturally evolved into the Background Check Industry. It has been a natural transition and I'm very comfortable and excited about working in a similar setting as before.
We are asked frequently how we can offer our Services at such reasonable Fees. Simple. We keep our overhead down and pass the savings on to our Customers. We have access to the same online Criminal Databases as Lexis Nexis, ChoicePoint, Been Verififed, and the other large Companies. We also have access to a network Courthouse Researchers in all 3200 Counties throughout the United States. Don't be fooled with gimmicks such as "Free Background Checks" or "Find out anything about anyone" slogans which are just lures to get you to their Website, and sign up for a "trial". I've had numerous Customers and Friends tell me that it usually created problems with unauthorized re-occuring monthly monthly billling, "membership fees' to access their paid Services. These problems are not directed at our competitors named in this paragraph.
