Our Mission is to provide you with the most Professional, Accurate, and Cost effective Pre-employment and Tenant Screening Solutions possible. We will continue our standard practice of being forthright and transparent in our working Relationships.
We continue to publish our Fees next to the Services we provide, and continue to be available and accessible when you have questions. Our phones are answered live Monday - Friday from 8a.m. to 6p.m CST. On occasions you will get our voicemail, but your call will be returned no later than 45 minutes if you leave us your Name and Number. We realize you have more important things to do than wait all day for a return phone call.
As always, we require no contracts, membership fees, or required monthly minimum amount of Search Reports to prevent a penalty fee. It's hard to believe that this practice still exists, but it does.
We continue to offer an 30 + 15 Day interest free line of Credit which you we e-invoice you for on the last day of every month.
The 30 +15 Day Credit line works like this; using January 2012 as an example. On the last day of this month, January 31, 2011 we e-mail you an e-invoice for all completed Background Checks completed between January 01, 2012 and January 31, 2012. The Invoice Balance becomes Due on February 15, 2012, and repeats monthly. If this Billing cycle conflicts with your Account Payables, just let us know so we can work out a schedule that works for you.
We attempt to make ordering Pre-employment and Tenant Screening a stress free experience for you. We post all of our pricing and Search Descriptions on our site, and will not sell you Searches you do not need or duplicate Services you already have. We won't bombard you with Sales pitches when you contact us. You will get straight answers from us, and if we don't have the answer, we will get it for you. Our goal is to treat you as the Individual you are, not as an Invoice Number. We want to earn your Trust and Business. Thank you.
